The following is a list of names of individuals who have outstanding and unclaimed bond checks with the St. Louis City Municipal Court If you are a surety [bond holder] awaiting a full or partial refund, look for your name in the list following these instructions.

• If you are in possession of a check that is dated within sixty (60) days of the check's issuance date, please cash or deposit the check.

• If you are in possession of a check that is dated over sixty (60) days of the check's issuance date, please bring the check to St. Louis City Municipal Court, 1430 Olive, St. Louis, MO 63103. To obtain a new refund check you will need to request a stop payment and a reissued check can be sent to you within ten (10) to fifteen (15) work days from the date of the stop payment request. You must have a photo Identification and the outdated refund check.

• If your name appears on the list as having been mailed a refund check and you have never received one, please come to St. Louis City Municipal Court, 1430 Olive, St. Louis, MO 63103. To obtain a new refund check you will need to request a stop payment and a reissued check can be sent to you within ten (10) to fifteen (15) work days from the date of the stop payment request.  You must have a photo Identification and the outdated refund check.

• Note - All unclaimed checks are forwarded to the "Unclaimed Property Division" of the State of Missouri by August 31st of any given year. You will need to go through the State Of Missouri for your refund monies.

• A stop payment fee will be deducted from your refund check for the check stop payment/re-issuance procedure.
